The Board

Kuboresha-Africa Limited has a prospective Board with a unity in diversity approach that brings different races together for a common purpose to provide oversight to the Management Team at the Secretariat. The Executive Director and Head of Programs are part of the Board as General Secretary and Committee Member respectively. The term of the Board is five years and can be renewable depending on value addition by respective Board Members. The Board recruitment criterion involves selection of individuals with integrity and experience in several areas that add value to KUBORESHA-AFRICA Vision like resource mobilization and health expertise in several diseases. The Board of Directors is the supreme organ of the organization and works collaboratively with the Secretariat to ensure smooth and professional running of the organization. The Board is tasked with providing strategic direction.
